I'm joining a community that gives a dam, that sits and writes about stuff that gets them motivated. What motivates me is a strange brew. I think people who believe in "stuff" are different to me - say you believe that putting money in a poker machine will make you rich, you are different to me, say you believe that some guy has super power and if you are good, you will go someplace up in the sky after you die, if that guy says OK, well you are different to me.
If you wonder why someone would believe in homeopathy, then you are not that different to me..
I just wonder why their science education was so bad. My sister was a science teacher, so I understand just how bad science lessons can be. That these people would pay someone to use homeopathy to improve them in some way, is a sign that bullshit wins over science.
I wonder what the practitioners drink, given that they believe water contains memory. Any junior science class will have knowledge of rain falling, and some taken up by the land - perhaps drunk by animals before meeting the ground....urinated out to then be evaporated to re-form as clean water - that much I believe is true, homeopaths would also believe there is a shocking memory of some prior digestion. That amazing stupidity is accepted because of "belief", but drinking diluted cow piss would put me off any glass of water.
